HCS ACQUIRES ACTIVITIES IN FSN ROAD AND FSN THERMO​

HCS A/S Transport & Spedition takes over the activities in the companies FSN Road and FSN Thermo as of January 1, 2021, ie. FSN Logistics' operational activities within normal and temperature-regulated goods in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark

FSN Logistics' owner approved HCS' purchase offer 19 December 2020 and all transports in the acquired units will be handled as of 28 December 2020 by HCS.

HCS continues the operational part of the company from HCS' office in Jakobstad with staff from FSN as a separate department. FSN's customers will continue to have the same operational contact person as before and HCS looks forward to continuing the good cooperation.

We are convinced that this solution will be beneficial for the customers and ensure a higher capacity, continued good quality and availability.
