34-METER 'ROADTRAIN': ENVIRONMENT & REDUCED ROAD CONGESTION

From the turn of the year 2024, it has also become possible in Denmark to operate extra-long trucks measuring up to 34 meters, known as 'roadtrains,' on the route between Aarhus and Høje-Taastrup

As of December 1, 2023, Sweden also allowed the use of these long trucks.

At HCS, we have launched our first roadtrain and plan to expand our fleet with more roadtrains on routes where feasible. Roadtrains offer several evident advantages: better utilization of the road network, increased freight capacity per truck, thereby contributing to environmental benefits.
